Focus: Bank account governance, workflow control, and audit readiness.

Overview: Banking Cockpit

The Banking Cockpit provides a single view of all bank accounts, signatories, documents, and related workflows. It also displays key relationship KPIs — wallet share, performance metrics, and credit exposure — helping teams prepare for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with banking partners.

Accessing Account Details

Click any report on the dashboard and double-click an account to open the Account Inquiry view.

Here, users can review metadata, documents, and signer details — and attach supporting files like fee schedules, service agreements, or KYC records.

Governance & Workflow

Every account open, close, or modification runs through a controlled approval workflow with full audit-ability and timestamped tracking. All lifecycle changes are logged. Policy violations (off-system changes) are flagged for audit review. Generate opening/closing/maintenance letters tailored to specific banks/branches.

UI note: The Workflow panel drives review/dispute steps with a menu to launch detailed managers (e.g., Statements, Scorecards). Menus are module-specific.

Navigation: In Trovata TMS, you can use the Search for a Function window to quickly find View Bank Accounts to see an aggregate view of Bank Accounts with Balances.

Use Filter Field to Adjust View based Date Range and additional metadata Criteria. After making adjustments to the view, use the top Right Search button to apply changes to the filter settings.
